GENERAL INFORMATION
When: Competition begins Friday April 6th and concludes on Easter Sunday April 8th. It is possible that some local teams may be asked to play on Thursday April 5th.
Where: The main tournament sites will be at Weston’s West Broward Regional Park and Vista Park with the possible additional sites to be added later. Weston Regional Park is one of Florida’s Premier Facilities and has hosted the State Cup Final Four and many regional events. Vista Park was opened in 2005 with four full size lighted fields
Who: Premier, Classic, and Challenge Divisions are open to Boys and Girls U9-U19. A Jamboree competition for U6 and U8 will take place Friday and/or Saturday
LEVEL OF PLAY:
Premier: U9-U18 Single Age Group Brackets
Teams from across the State are expected to participate making this a highly competitive event at the Premier level. Premier applications have to be approved by the tournament committee.
Classic: U9 -U18 Single Age Group Brackets
The classic division is for competitive Div 1 & Div 2 travel teams
Challenge: U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 & U18
The Challenge Division is for potentially new travel teams, Div 2 travel teams seeking fresh competition and recreational teams

Presently, regsistration is done via a downloadable pdf application file. Select the link, print the form and send in the completed form with your application fee. No teams will be considered accepted to participate without receipt of payment.**

** Teams will not be eligible for acceptance until the registration fee has been received.
** Any team not accepted will receive a refund.
** Any team, which withdraws after the application deadline of March 23rd 2007 will not be eligible for a refund.
ENTRY FEE
$200 for U6 & U8 (playing 6 v 6)
$400 for U9 & U10 (playing 6 v 6)
$450 for U11 & U12 (playing 8 v 8)
$500 for U13 &U14 (playing 11 v 11)
$550 for U15+
(a 10% discount is available for multi-team entry)
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
U6 and U8 teams play 6 a side, and may carry up to 12 players.
U9 and U10 teams play 6 a side, and may carry up to 12 players.
U11 and U12 teams play 8 a side and may carry up to 16 players.
U12 to U19 teams play 11 a side, and may carry up to 18 players on their roster.
GUEST PLAYERS
A maximum of 5 guest players will be allowed in games. Guest players are counted in the roster maximum. During the tournament, a player may play for one team only. Teams using guest players must complete the Guest Player Registration Form and bring it with them to the team check-in.
PRE-TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Each team must pre-register their team 1 hour prior to their first game. Registration will be at the site-director area at each respective park. Non-Recreational Teams must be registered with a National Soccer Association affiliated with USSF and must present a valid State Roster plus 4 additional copies (5 in total). For these teams, the only acceptable proof of age will be a valid USSF, State, or National registration card that includes a signature and a photograph of the player. Players on non-recreational teams who do not present valid player passes will not play.
Recreational Teams Each recreational team must produce, at registration, a roster plus 4 copies signed by an official of the club (which club must be affiliated with USYSA or some other national soccer organization) of which they are affiliated and played for, listing each player, including their date of birth, and must provide, at registration, a birth certificate for each such player evidencing that player’s eligibility to play on that team based on birth date.
MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
All teams participating in the tournament must provide one notarized MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS for each player in a form adequate for use at the site. These authorizations shall be presented at registration. One shall remain with the tournament administrators and the other is to be kept by the team at the field available at all times.
COMMUNICATIONS
Each team is required to have an e-mail address so they can receive all tournament communications. All communication will be carried out via e-mail and the internet. Please provide an e-mail address on your application! Each team (TEAM CONTACT) will receive all the necessary forms by email and Internet.
